Join this interactive program and be part of a panel of architects and constructors to frankly discuss the impact of what you say and how you say it – both in writing, on site and in your office, and the effect dialogue can have on the project and even your clients.
You will also hear and apply to your next project, some real-world solutions to the communication challenges that are encountered on a regular basis as the project rolls out.
The panel will also discuss how effectively using emotional intelligence can break down communication barriers leading to a cooperative and collaborative relationship and what the industry can do together to remove those impediments.
This program was presented in Syracuse and Rochester, New York to a highly receptive audience.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize and effectively use appropriate communication strategies leading to project success,
- Apply effective collaboration skills,
- Remove or avoid potential barriers to project collaboration,
- Apply emotional intelligence strategies for effective project dialogue.
