Gil Watkins is a tax partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Connecticut office and the leader of the Firm’s Architecture and Engineering Practice. He has more than 30 years of experience providing a full spectrum of accounting, tax compliance, and counsel to businesses in a range of industries, including architecture, engineering, retailers, family-owned businesses, marketing, and other professional services. Gil brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his clients’ financial goals and issues, and is highly skilled in developing strategies to maximize their profitability. His areas of expertise include financial analysis and performance measurement, succession planning, audit representation, and bank financing. He also works closely with clients to understand their issues and effectively solve challenges with regards to business operations, tax strategies, and structuring transactions.
