Mr. Meyers represents homeowners’ and condominium associations in complex construction defects against developers, contractors, and design professionals. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts representing homeowner associations and condominium associations in all aspects of complex litigation, and counsels his clients through arbitration, mediation and appeals.
Mr. Meyers lectures on construction defect litigation issues to organizations including the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), the Associations of Owners and Developers, the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Community Associations Institute – New Jersey Chapter (CAI).
